How much melatonin should I take

I just started a testosterone stack which I’m not gonna fully get into depth with because my only question with this is if I need to start taking more melatonin. I haven’t even started anything yet and I naturally take 12 mgs every night. If you wanna know the full depth of my stack just ask.

Alright, I just got everything in today and starting on HGH until Thursday which will be my first pin of test. I’ll keep doing 12 mgs I guess until I need to actually take more.
