both is true and when u cruise u might gain more but not as much depends mostly on androgen receptors and starting gains

Yes but its a lot of genetics involved aswell.

Your obviously gonna grow more than a natty but you can be a slow responder or a fast reponder.

i’m lowk not running anything for hair rn but if i notice even a little hair loss i’ll buy some RU

and tbh i wouldn’t recommend it if ur not already locked in with gym and diet tbh that’s a mistake i made
