how much muscle would a beginner gain on lgd?

I’m at week 4 currently.

I can definitely see much more muscle definition compared to before, although as far as I know I should be retaining water, making me look less defined than I actually am.

I went from 64 to 68kg in 4 weeks (I was in a caloric deficit before starting the cycle), now I’m barely above maintenance

I don’t think you need 7.5mg, you’d probably be ok with 5mg

6 days a week 2/3 hours/day, but you can get away with less.

Will do 4 weeks pct when done with the cycle with 12.5 for the first 2 weeks, and then 6.25 the last 2 weeks

Im not sure, I’d say something between 1kg and 2 kgs

I used to do it in the past.

It doesn’t necessarily correlate to more gains.

As a natty, I gained more muscles last year with 1.5/2h workout sessions 6 days a week compared to when I was doing 3hours a day

why don't you do 250mg/week test instead. This shitty china water will just fuck you up if you aren't using a test base
