How much of a difference canthoplasty would make (EYE AREA PIC)

All I edited was neutral/positive lateral canthus + undereye bags/discoloration + darker thicker brows/lashes

Crazy how such subtle things can make such a difference. What rating would the after get just my eye area?

we don't even know what the rest of your face looks like. An improvement in the eye area will make a bigger difference to your face rating if rest of your face has the harmony for this particular eye shape. If you have no cupids bow and a bulbous nose, yeah it won't change your look signficantly. If you have a nordic nose with with + philtrum it will make a bigger difference. There are many other parameters to consider

after seeing the full face, yeah it will. The longer chin will suit the stronger brows. You will have to figure out what the main highlight of your face must be. Will it be your lower third or your upper third. Adjust the facial hair based on that. I think even a neutral canthal tilt should improve your looks. maybe even better than a strong positive canthal tilt.

facially i would also rate you hmtn because your nose is larger than ideal. But your height will make a big difference. None of this will matter much if you're 195cm and above

rhinoplasty is definitely on my list. unfortunately i'm only 5'10
was thinking about LL surgery but i'd have to be crippled for a few months lol
then again im all for hardmaxxing if i save up for it tbh even if most people that say they're gonna hardmaxx larp
