It's impossible to know because most depressed people have shit lifestyle. It's like drugs. Poor heroin addicts look like they're dying. Rich heroin addicts look like normal people. Because it's the lifestyle, not the heroin.

I feel like I look pretty good health wise (not attractiveness wise) for my age and I've been depressed/stressed/and anxious my whole life.

I do all of that and still have very depressive/suicidal episodes. Average height, middle class and above average looking also.
