I mean yeah? HTNs are the best of the best in terms of normies so being htn is very good. Sadly in your case i dont think you can be htn even if you were to hop on Test through all of your puberty (When it starts that is)

I use rn castor oil and i will soon dye my eyebrows dark brown.
I will also prob dye my hair brown and/or get tan.

Probably 20% if they tried very hard (surgery included) 10% through softmaxxing if they got good genes. Biggest hard caps for most are lower thirds height and phenotype which cannot be overcome by most if not anyone or were decided in puberty.

HTN is more realistic for White people I think 40-50% could reach it

Well i´m not that particulally good looking as i´m only MTN or slightly more. I look very young and i also posted a shitty close up selfie with 2/3 profile (which many consider as frauding), i had my hoodie on which people (like you) also consider as frauding and i also posted uglier "before" version of me so ofc people are not gonna treat me that neutrally.

For the millionth time we are talking about psl here which is for adults. Most children arent developed enough to be good looking and you are proof of that. Foids that are 15 dont want guys who look 13 you dumbass. They want older guys or atleast people who look older so if you are not high test or early bloomer its a falio.
