How much of your physique is determined by your genetics?

Obviously 100%. But id like to ask the question in a different way. We all know that waist, hips, insertions, everything to do with physique is basically hard coded by genetics.

I think the real question's intention is this. How much do your genetics bring you back from being the ideal assuming you are willing to augment your body through any means like gear, body filler, fat removal, coolsculpting, bone enlongement etc? When I mean ideal I mean the most optimal ratios for attractiveness, not mogging men or trying to compete, so all shit is on the table.

For example I placed pics of people who went viral for their shit frame, can someone with a horrible frame for bodybuilding, still look good if they were blackpilled and had foreknowledge on what to do?

Genetics set the ceiling, but they don't decide everything.

A bad frame can be improved a lot with muscle, fat control, styling, posture, and some procedures, but you usually can't fully overcome poor bone structure or proportions.

Roughly: great genetics = closer to 100% potential, poor genetics = lower ceiling but still can become attractive.

Can they become attractive enough to where a person with say better genetics, doesnt outright mog them though? like ive seen girls say they dont care if you have 24 inch bidelt, but they find 19 - 22 range attractive, you know? or will they always be subpar anyway

Yes, they can become attractive enough that someone with better genetics doesnt automatically mog them.

The biggest difference is usually at the extremes. A person with elite genetics may have a higher ceiling, but attractiveness has diminishing returns. Once someone reaches a good range (good body fat, decent muscle, grooming, style, proportions), extra genetic advantages matter less.

A guy with a "normal" frame who optimizes everything can easily be more attractive than a genetically gifted guy who is average in everything else.

So: bad genetics ≠ always subpar. It mainly means they need more optimization to reach the same level.
