How not to compress your spine while lifting

Most of us agree that being tall and muscular is the standart of handsomeness, but as someone who want to be muscular and still may grow taller, i am concerned about the probability of getting my spine compressed while lifting, what should i do in order to avoid this?

1st thing, and it is a must, is wearing a lifting belt
2nd thing, always maintain proper posture while lifting (Keep your back straight and shoulders back when sitting or standing)
3rd thing, when taking a break, instead of just sitting down, stand up and do stretches every 15-30 min
4th thing, don't put too much weight on your body (you lift 1.25-1.5x your body weight)
5th thing, strengthening your core. Do regular exercises like planks or bridges, etc... That...

dont put 500lb on ur back everyday and youll be good idfk mark as solution
 
How much i should put maximum like maybe x percent of my weight or what exercises should i do and should not etc or what should i replace them with? But thank you for replying.
