i know i have to take 5 grams of Potassium daily to debloat.

But how much “Real” Potassium is there in 1 gram of Potassium Chloride?

1:1 ratio of potassium to chloride so 10g to get 5g potassium, that’s way to much to be supplementing though, you’ll risk hyperkalemia

how the fuck do u want to take 5 grams? the best is 2-3 grams because of u go over that u will die
