got like 5kg for free wondering this as well.
 
first find out how much you get from your diet and then try to get up to 5500mg of potassium(elemental weight with something like cronometer app) a day(in my opinion daily minimum), if not seen results gradually get up to 9000mg with 3(potassium) to 2(sodium) balance if still bloated then rope (as long as you keep all electrolytes in balance and dont have pre-existing kidney or blood pressure problems you will be fine)

if want more de-bloat check out dandelion root (500mg to 3000mg a day), milk thistle(estrogen metabolism and liver health) and get you thyroid checked out

Ideally none, but if you're eating a ketogenic diet, just add the same amount of KCl to NaCl (table salt) you use. It'll keep subcutaneous water retention to a minimum. Don't do this if you're diagnosed with kidney or cardiovascular disease!

yes, very low sodium will cause you to stop pissing out a lot and store even more water under your skin to preserve the sodium
