Are you retarded? This is literally what this forum was made for.

You have to work up your dosages slowly to make sure your kidneys won’t react or that you don’t have a deposition to getting hyperkalemia. I currently take like 1.7-2.1 grams but it took me awhile to work up to this amount. Don’t kys ODing on potassium chloride lmfao
