How much potassium do I need to successfully debloat

Most people recommended 3:1 / 4:1 potassium to sodium.

If you have a well balanced diet you should be getting more than enough from your diet anyways.
Things like salmon, chicken, beef, green veg, avocados, coconut water, potatoes contain a decent amount of potassium.

You could take a potassium supplement like potassium citrate/chloride, if you cant get enough potassium from your food.
