U have bloating from allergia or inflammation and u are coping, I dont take any potassium supplements or special food with a salty diet and my potassium is at the maximum range and the sodium barely at the higher range

What ever you do you NEED to make sure your potassium levels is even with other electrolytes or you will get resistance to potassium and will get more bloating and look worse.
