How much potassium to take to debloat?

To debloat my face how much potassium should I take a day? I'm trying to reduce my sodium intake anyways so how many of these pills do you guys recommend I take a day? Obviously it says I should take 4 a day but would taking more yield greater results or is it just dangerous?

Everytime I see this ratio, it's something else. I've seen 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and now 4:1

Don’t take too much potassium your body will adapt to it and than you even need to take more. The ratio 3:1 or 4:1 is the best I think
