3 shakes a day ideally. But if you eat a shit ton of meat 2 will suffice.

1.5g per kg atleast for muscle growth
1g per kg if you dont train

3 shakes is like 70 grams which is way too little + are fake and gay.
It's 0.5-0.8 grams per body fat.

I usually get 90g from three servings + an extra 30-40 naturally. So I'm easily hitting, if not exceeding my target.
 
too much protein after puberty ages you no need to go above 100g

It's 0.5-0.8 grams per lbs if you weigh like 110 lbs, so you're either anorexic or stupid when it comes to math. And if that wasn't a typo and you actually mean 110 lbs of fat then you're obese.

I meant 0.5-0.8 per lbs of body weight.

3 shakes are enough with a relatively protein rich diet. You're just fucking wasting if you're doing more than that.
