JUst eat things high in proteins and less in carbs. PPL is too less do PPLUL. Carb load before your life and also incline treadmill walk if you want to stay lean the same time

Backing the 100g of protein and the PPLUL.

Think about your calories too, at 47kg you'll want to gain weight so definitely surplus.

Good luck, and stay consistent :)

Change routine you have to train each muscle group twice a week to be most optimal

Naturally and bars are basically the same thing in a lot of cases, just don't get it from sources that don't have protein that yr body can use for muscle growth (like vegetables). Eat around 1.6x your bodyweight so around 80 in your case, ur bodyweight will increase pretty fast when ur that light so check frequently and adjust for intake

300+ from your maintenance calories, just type "calorie calculator" on google and click the site then type in your height, age and weight and activity level to know your maintenance calories then add 300 to that

Red meats but if you fall short resort to whey protein and have 1.5-2.0grams of protein for every lb you weigh.

no reason to keep carbs low, they're just as important as protein

My guy he wants to looksmax, he needs to keep it as low as possible since he isn't a body builder he wouldn't need carbs to make his muscles look fuller but instead make him bloated 24/7:feelsuhh:
