red meats and protein powderi am 47kg and currently doing a PPL split 3 days of the week, should i take protein naturally or from bars etc
Naturally and bars are basically the same thing in a lot of cases, just don't get it from sources that don't have protein that yr body can use for muscle growth (like vegetables). Eat around 1.6x your bodyweight so around 80 in your case, ur bodyweight will increase pretty fast when ur that light so check frequently and adjust for intakei am 47kg and currently doing a PPL split 3 days of the week, should i take protein naturally or from bars etc

My guy he wants to looksmax, he needs to keep it as low as possible since he isn't a body builder he wouldn't need carbs to make his muscles look fuller but instead make him bloated 24/7are you seriously retarded?
elaborate lol
no reason to keep carbs low, they're just as important as protein
