I am taking 5 gelatin capsules each day which contains -
7.5 mg of Retinol per-capsule....... which equals to 37.5 mg of Retinol per-day.
Any side-effects of taking 37.5 mg of Retinol each day ?

Idk but I thought that oral was what you weren't meant to take because it causes loss of fat pads whereas topical doesn't

I asked for solutions !
Fuck whether it’s oral or topical, just tell me is it enough to take this much Retinol per-day and what are the possible side-effects ?

I highly recommend retinoids, very useful.

I thought u said it was cuz Accutane not Retina-a
Retin-A also has the potential to cause hairloss . But it's that big of a deal, the chance is extremely low. I am just very unlucky

What if I take Biotin tablet along with Retinol ?
Will taking Biotin prevent the possible hair-loss due to Retinol ?

No, but like I said you probably won't get hairloss. I'm just VERY unlucky

It's probably not good to take that much daily. Although I sometimes eat ~20mg through beef liver once a week.

Thanks man !! 🙏🏼
I will reduce the dose now.....
In that wiki page, it says that even height growth is stopped due to consumption of vitamin A, is it actually that big of a deal ?

I'm not sure, but since it supposedly can change the way your bone cells act I think it's plausible.
