Im actually looking to not consume a lot of sodium to reduce bloat and I still average 2g a day. But I even it out with around 2g of potassium a day. Could I get even more benefits with just 1g of salt a day (and 2g potassium) or are there diminishing returns? Dont wanna go lower than 1 tho, since you still need some salt to function properly
