How much should i train in the gym as a teen for maximum benefits (t,gh,dht etc)

Is it better to train lot of muscles in less days and recovery between or train less muscle with more days in the gym with no rest excep sunday ?

With high intensity and low volume always. Please help

Or should i just do push pull legs like Brett maverick suggest for teena

lift 4-6 days a week and cardio 2-3 times, preferably swimming or sprinting. eat a lot of good food with protein and sleep 9 hours a night
