Usually 4\5days a week when building a physique, but you can maintain doing barely anything after.

I usually aim for 2 hours as a sweet spot, lift untill I'm done (i also do abs daily) then fill out the rest of the time with cardio.

They are either on steroids or they actually have lots of free time on their hands. I hate peak gym times, really early in the morning is unfortunately the best time.

7 days a week 1 mile of swimming each day i dont lift that shit is gay

Depends on the genes ig. I spend like 3 hours a week total and have a better build than most guys in my school that go there every day

im fat rn but i used to do 5 minute youtube workouts at home in 2020 and it was ok. i will start again now. its over for all of you...

i think about this sometimes. theyre all on steroids and spend all of their time in jim. its unnatural like the human body clearly isnt supposed to look like that if youre doing all that shit to get to that level. it looks hideous

Not all dosages are made equal. The amount of muscle you gain on steroids is very dosage dependent

knowledge and resources.

I agree,wide frame,lean,long torso,long limbs narrow waist mogs every gymcels physique
yes because its natural. being perceived as a gymcel is a huge failo you should be able to tell girls you just do pushups at home not be known as some loser that spends all his free time at jim to overcompensate
