But how much time till decent muscle mass from slim body
 
A year and a half for most things functional assuming good diet, training and sleep.

I've barely built anything in that time, though I have succeded in acquiring new injuries.

Depends on genetics as well and if you gymmaxed during puberty which I should have specified. However when fitness influencers say that you need to gymmax as natty to get a good body in 5-10 years they are talking to the maximum extent that you can hoard muscle on your frame. However most of your progress happens within the first 2 year and after that you spend the rest of it trying to get the remaining 30%-10% of muscle mass. You really and truly don't need 100% of your muscle gains to attract women. 70% is still good enough.
 
1-1.5lbs a month assuming roids and sumo bulking + out of novice phase
