5x5 every other day for youim lifting for 6.5 months, i benched 59kg/130lbs for 9 reps, thats my pr. I weight around 90kg/200lbs. Ik, my strenght is shit, but it is what it is. Im gonna work out and hopefully, one day, im gonna bench 100kg
