How much vitamin d and k2-mk7 should I supplement?

Afaik vitamin d is relative to skim colour/ethnicity and sun exposure I think im severely deficient in vitamin D since im ethnic (nafri) with light brown/olive skin living in Western (germanic) Europe. Should I just get my bloodwork done, I dont trust doctors with supplements tbh because they usually give very low doses.
 
k2 best form is mk4 (animal based) mk7 is soy based
optimal dosage is 100mcg, you can go up to 200mcg
d3 you should aim for 4000-10000IU

remember that almost everyone is deficient in vitamin D and to get toxicity you need to take a shitton of it.

just to be sure, 10000IU is weekly right? also i heard that theres a d3-k2 ratio i think it was 1:3 im not sure though

Idk , everyone has their opinion on how much and its always on D3 and K2 , Im gonna try 45mcg of K2 mk4 + 10000 d3 daily

I have a supp with both mk4 and mk7 from chickpeas, should I switch to just mk4?
