Can I go from 87kg to 80kg without losing much muscle?

If I'm not mistaken, you can only lose between 1000 to 1200 calories a day to maximize fat burning and minimize lean mass loss, anything above it will start to consume your lean mass, a caloric deficit of 1500+ will consume a lot of lean mass for example. A crash diet with a caloric deficit of 2000 or more might even seem like a good idea to lose weight, but when you're done with your diet, you'll be looking like a holocaust survivor. So just go "slow", it may seem slow now, but in the long run, it's the quickest way, it will save you a lot of time because you won't have to do another hypercaloric diet to gain lean mass back.

use dnp and cut that time period by half

Use clen + high protein diet
Deficit in ur food consumption increased by some LISS cardio and u re good to go

Do several hours of cardio on cardarine every day and don't cut too many calories and you might not lose much muscle.

Is good to improve choloesterol planel.

It doesn't help itself in burning more calories.

Can't you literally die by taking dnp?
as you can with caffeine.
Propper dosages and is even good for health, insuline resistance, kills cancer cells....

it increases stamina you can do more

but I've read it burns some calories too but I am not sure

eat morning, eat high protein, healthy fats, add some spices + black cumin oil + some activity and there you go.

You can lose 2bs a week so 8lbs a month according to MyFitnessPal.
