How much weight could you lose in one month?

I am losing weight slowly but its frustrating

If I'm mid-20s body fat percentage what can I get that down to in a month by hardly eating

You can probably lose 10 pounds of fat a month if you don't do cheat days

Needs extreme will power. Not only starving but hours of walking and jogging daily

That's a very broad question. you can lose even 20kg due to disease or something like that. you do want to maintain a normal diet and not to fuck up your hormones for sure tho. aim for 3/4kg max a month. with enough protein and fat. and also lift faggot, lift.

What’s your current weight and height. Also genetics, caloric deficit and workout intensity can play a huge part. Also, sleep! 7-9 hours

stable and slow>unstable and fast. dont starve yourself, it requires extreme willpower and eventually you will give up. aim for 3-4 kg a month

Good response, if you lose it too quickly you will gain to back easily unless you're obese

I will stick to slow and steady i think I can usually maintain these things for a few days but then I give up

with extreme dedication you could probably lose about a dozen or so pounds given you don’t skip the gym/overindulge on your meals

You can't lose more than 5 kg and even that is tough, you will crave food and have low energy and bad mood if you care about end up skinny it will be even more difficult,I very done it and you need to be consistent to work and lots of exercise
