I really puffed up because the local media didn't even recognize me. Most people said later they thought I looked somewhat like "Meade Skelton" Then they realized I ballooned up from when they last saw me. I must have gained 20 lbs plus bloat. I have to really be determined .

1. Quarantine was 3 months at most 2. steroids don't grow muscles instantly either. 3. Trust me I just know it better bc I wasted lot of hours on research 4. I have a good frame btw

many guys gain 15-20lbs in 4 weeks on sdrol. Maybe 10lb muscles.
