How much weight do you think you can fireman carry?

Title.i was impressed at how easy it was to carry someone over your shoulders in the fireman’s carry. My instructor was a tiny female junior officer who would grab the biggest guy in the room to demonstrate with. Getting an unconscious person up into position is tricky, but once they are on your shoulders moving is not a problem

Gee almost as if the fireman maneuver makes it so that the weight is shifted all over your body rather than a singular part

But yeah, it's impressive regardless. Well built firemen can even carry obese people, there are videos of it.

i personally could probably at least carry a full grown average bmi male/female without a sweat since I'm roided and have decent strength
