How much weight should I lose

I am 5'7" 152 I used to be 132 but was on meds that made me gain weight now I am off them and starting to lose weight

I'm almost 32 tho so my metabolism is really slowing down

But my face and body looked way better at 132

What would be the more aesthetic BMI for female appeal in your opinion without being too skinny

IMO when you're short the bulkier you get the worse you look it doesn't work the same way it works on a taller guy

Looking to hear from some guys my height or close to it
