How much will I improve after a bimax + genioplasty?

My dentist said that I have a 4mm deep bite, and I need a bimax.

Now, I wanted to ask you guys, is my maxilla recessed?

It's very obvious that my lower jaw is brutally recessed, but what about my maxilla?

Apparently, my upper palate is too narrow.

The plan is to undergo invisalign treatment for about a year, after which I'll get the bimax surgery and the genioplasty.

Also, I plan on getting a genioplasty with my bimax surgery.

only a little mostly ur upper maxilla
ur lower maxilla is only recessed a little bit i can see some naso folds but not much

u need to fix ur cross bite or overbite whatever and get palate widened before jumping to more conclusions
