Some European counties have welfare when it comes to orthodontic, making you get it free. Some times you can get it with insurance. But basically got to an orthodontist and talk about grieve pain you are in and that you can’t breath. Hopefully they will give some kind of device like a face mask

This is really gonna depend on your province then. I'm in BC and here double jaw surgery is basically almost entirely covered by the province, with you paying planning fees.

Most surgeons here quote me 7k-10K CAD for the full thing (bsso + lefort 1 + genio). You don't need a health reason either, they just file it as "correcting a skeletal deformity"

But like I said that's just BC, which province you in?
