How much will leanmaxing ascend me? Also is there anything besides expensive surgery that can help with undereyes, lips, and my chin?

I'll pm my face if you need/want to see it. my undereyes aren't that good, same with my lips (thin) and my chin is too big/ogre bc of too much projection (possible underbite). Im currently at around high MTN rn (some say low htn/htn here but idc) and i want to ascend to a true HTN facially at least without getting in debt for surgeries. Want to know if it's possible to at least fraud these things away or make them less of a flaw than they currently are. Also want to know how much of an ascension by leanmaxing is realistic.
