How much would breathing issues affect my brain function

I wouldn't say I am stupid but I do struggle with some academic related topics. Recently was diagnosed with a narrow vaulted pallet, tmj, and a recceseed jaw and maxxila and my bite is a class 2 with 6mm of overbite maybe more after decomp.
