How much would growth would a optimal split be compared to sub optimal split

Having 8 sets on back on one day instead of 2 days doing 4 sets is obviously worse but how much worse is it? like massive like 15-20% or smaller like 5-10%?

not very much at all
hormonal profile and nutrition/sleep is much more important than split
