How narrow is this palate?

Considering it has pre molar instructions, the inter molar width begins from the 5th tooth on each side. It is high vaulted and very narrow.

I measured it. It’s way below 37, more like 32mm. I had pre molar extractions so I start measuring from the 5th tooth not the 6th.

Then expand your palate to 37 to atleast be healthy
