its not that simple, as "test accelerates bone maturation" neither is mitigation

if you don't want to accelerate bone maturation don't take test, or anything for matter a fact. you will run the risk of your bones maturating faster no matter what you take, AI just slows it down.

just blast ai until your e2 levels are like 15-20 pg/ml it will slow it down but there is always a chance even at low estradiol levels for them to fuse/mature early so only do it when they are already close to fusing on their own
