I assume they would be able to tell easily?

No one can tell given you're lean. If you're lean you'll just look like you lost weight in the face. That's what people told me

Don't do cheek fillers. If you do, do at most like .25 CC's per cheek laterally and nothing else

yeah. Look at zygo implants results. Most of them look like fucking gay

I'm not getting implants. With filler you can get them easily dissolved if you don't like the result.

implants results can look like fillers resuts but implants are more harder to suit properly than fillers. Esp in zygo/malar area

Yeah I've only seen 1 good zygo implant result and that was @Saiyan.
It's very hard to get the shape right with implants
