How often should I use conditioner because I shampoo 2x a week I have like 2c hair and rn I’m conditioning it every day and using leave in conditioner every day what should I change

i wash my hair once every 2 weeks no joke i dont sweat tho,i also use no products,thats what it takes if you want to be norwood 0 until death,using condioner and shampoo twice per week will make you bald before 45 ngl

You have to use animal fat and blood to cleanse thy hair

the only thing that creates frizz is shampoo and dyeing your hair,if you dont use any products you will lose your frizz within a year

your telling me if you wash your hair with water only and comb it it gets frizz? my hair is least frizzy with no profucts bc its lowkey greasy and very compact
