How often do you dye eyebrows

I have very blonde eyebrows so i have to dye them for them to even be visible. How often is it safe to dye them? I would do every week but I've read that more than every 2 week or so can be damaging, is that true or bs

i would advise against eyebrow dye, I got brow hair loss because of it
what i would recommend instead is using jamaican black castor oil for slightly darkening the skin of the brow and the brow itself, also the obvious hair growth benefits of the oil too.
