Before anything, with extended jaw, and after upper head implant, obo, nosejob I need extreme craniofacial interventions on all axis of my face just to be MTN. And still short and autistic. Is it even worth trying to work around this?

Assuming the 2nd and 3rd pictures are morphed, the chin is too long.

The 1st picture is brutal I won't lie. What does your side look like?

Also you're not doing yourself any favors with the pedo stache / shitty skin.

Yes, one of the most infamous SFS transformations. He was very lucky to have such a good base, jumped 2 PSL tiers from LTN to HTN.

In your case, considering your IPD, your cap is MTN.

I've given you the resources you need to ascend, now work on it. And finally fix your skin and shave the pedo stache.

I'm getting OBO as well, either if a licensed surgeon steps up in time or i'll risk it with giant but i am not living my life with this ipd

Fix your SFS before getting OBO. You never know how you will end up looking, OBO is such an operation that is not only extremely invasive but the before and after results (private & public ones) have a 100% rate of looking botched JFL.

I will say though, I haven't yet seen an OBO result from a Dolphincel looking to make the eyes closer together - you might get a better result.

All the OBO results I've seen, ones from Giant & other surgeons, which have been aimed to widen the IPD, have made the person look worse. It seems to fix the ESR somewhat but it giga-fucks the ICD and makes your eyes look beady.

Resolving SFS always has the best transformations and is not botched nearly as much.

Regardless, resolve the SFS and you'll be in an infinitely better place. If you're still not satisfied, then you can get OBO at your own risk.

but giant said that they can work around existing stuff as long as it has been there for a while so idk
