How optimal is 6'2

doesn't necessarily mean it's better, I mean it all comes down to proportions, and a bit shorter guys have better proportions on average
also if you are really tall you are probably also a lanklet. He has all that, ontop of his towering height and face and that's why you think it's better

you will have better proportions, a better frame and an easier time filling out one
but if the taller dude has all that he will mog you, but that's rare that he has all that
