How over is it for my frame? Can i get a good physique by working out?

I have very bad muscle definition even though i am at a lower body fat percentage at 5’10.5/179cm 63-64kg/140lbs

My body is prob my worst feature.
is gymmaxxing even worth it in my case? Do you guys think i can get a solid physique by working out?

 
Your frame isn't that bad. You have very little muscle.
Do some running (2-3km) and sprinting (200-100m) at first

Is my frame even close to average tier? Yeah gonna start working out next week focusing on cardio and weight lifting. Literally rotting atm 24/7 not eating anything

I Was at 70kg/155lbs a few months ago. I think i just dont have good genetics for muscle definition naturally no mather how lean i get without any working out as i need muscle

Actually your frame to me looks dead average, I wouldn't say it's bad. It looks fairly healthy

Up your protein intake to .85 g per lb or more and keep losing weight until you have abs. Work on your core to get the abs to show.

I don't think its over but you are small framed. Luckily since you are around average height, it shouldn't hurt you too badly. But I would try to stay at the same bodyweight and just workout. Instead of trying to bulk or cut.

yes you actually need to be -25 kgs marathoner/ long runner physique if you want to see your abs no joking :feelskek:
i have the exact same p shit frame shit genetics and a big belly at -10 kgs
im pretty sure i need to go to -20 /63kgs according to a leanmaxx calcualtor i found online and you need to go to 55 or something :feelskek:
if youre not lifting that is; if youre lifting youll add some muscle and youll not lose that much, eventually
so id do maintenance or -250 cals max and lift hard with 1-1.5 gr of protein/lbs of body weight and have patience
i lost a shit ton of muscle because i cut away without lifting , cause im injured, about 20 kgs+ 😢
so you NEED to lift
