Let's say a hole in the time space continuum somehow sucked your soul into my fat ugly 124kg ass tomorrow and you woke up barely able to get out of bed. What would you do about it (apart from killing yourself) to change the situation quickly?
Like how would you work out? How often would you do it? What would you eat? Would you start lifting while losing weight or lose weight first and then start lifting?
I considered asking my buddy if he wants to work out with me. But I am a bit scared because he said once I tell him I want to work out with him and he buys a gym membership and then I don't go there with him he will drag my fat ass to the gym on a Sunday morning at 5 AM.
