How quickly can you get from a fat fuck to ripped? And what's most efficient?

Let's say a hole in the time space continuum somehow sucked your soul into my fat ugly 124kg ass tomorrow and you woke up barely able to get out of bed. What would you do about it (apart from killing yourself) to change the situation quickly?

Like how would you work out? How often would you do it? What would you eat? Would you start lifting while losing weight or lose weight first and then start lifting?

I considered asking my buddy if he wants to work out with me. But I am a bit scared because he said once I tell him I want to work out with him and he buys a gym membership and then I don't go there with him he will drag my fat ass to the gym on a Sunday morning at 5 AM.

But what's the point in lifting when you are in a calorie deficit?

First I would rather go to an actual gym, make sure that I take help from trainers when I do my exercise and more importantly follow a super duper strict diet. Then consistency will do the trick

Guess I will. My boss would even pay for it. He is sick of my fat ass, too :feelsokman:

The point is that you don't want to look like an emaciated rat at the end of your cut. Lifting as a beginner on a deficit will not only allow you to build some muscle, but it will also aid in your weightloss. Muscle building speeds up your metabolism and makes weight loss alot easier (I lost 60 pounds by lifting on a deficit btw).

The easiest solution is to start doing adderall or some shit. It's also the quickest solution, but it's the most unhealthy one too. However, this could be a "two birds, one stone" situation if you used the time on uppers to learn about crypto, programming or some other productive endeavour.

I don't recommend this though. I just thought I should mention it since it's a strategy that few people know about, and you can consider it if you're desperate enough. Try to do it the healthy way through eating healthier and working out first.

Also, what makes food (not the sweet kind) tasty is mainly salt, and salt doesn't make you fat. If you add salt on eggs and meat it's tasty, and if you remove salt from pizza or McDonald's it tastes like shit. So you can still enjoy healthy food.

Water fast with electrolytes and maybe some vitamins/supplements. 3x full body 4x cardio at first, eventually 4x upper lower 3x cardio when you’re 50-75% of the way there. That’s what I’d do. If not water fasting, do keto. If not keto, do Tim Ferriss’s Slow-Carb Diet.
