It's rare to see a 6'3" anything except maybe Dutch or balkan, even in Germany it's not that common.
That said its probably occurs about 5x more in anglos than in asians, so if 1 in every 50 angles aged 25-55 are 6'3", then assume 2 in every 150 in North Asia, prob 1 in every 500 in SEA
