How realistic is a 1x bodyweight overhead press

Trying to hit 80kg OHP at ~80kg bodyweight this shit is a lot harder to progress on than any other lifts. Anyone in the advanced strength category got advice?

Its one of the most difficult exercises to load up in my view.

You should do push press and try to control the eccentric

I used to do 100 kg for reps before when i was gymcelling at 82 kg 6'3

I’ve been stuck on 70 for almost 2 months now
I used to do 70-75kg at under 80kg bro you can trust my advice. I'm not doing heavy lifting now because I'm femboymaxxing, but I know my stuff

its pretty easy i hit 70 for almost 2 at 75 kg. if i was average height i would probably do my bodyweight
