Consume raw meat, it has branched chain amino acid leucine which is highly absorbable, and muscle hypertrophy is triggered by mTROC1 which is thus so, activated by the leucine in raw meat, so if you want to gain back more muscle consume raw meat (doesnt matter how) just consume.

How much meat in grams would you say I have to consume a day?

I eat like 150g raw beef and 100g raw liver daily + 7-8 egg yolks

Anyway, to begin, with meat in grams, you should be consuming a MINIMUM of 1,000 grams of fresh, raw ruminant meat EVERY day,

Your currently intake is dangerously low becaue you are only getting about 30 grams of the building protein. At your rate your body is going to be inside of a caloric deficit and it is just gonna be forced to continiously break down your own skeletal muscle via gluconeogenesis just to maintain your blood sugar...


Anyway, I will give you my recommended diet.

To begin, you should consume 8 raw eggs in the morning.

Next, get 300g of raw fatty ruminant meat in (ribeye, chuck or 80/20 ground) if you consume this in the morning you will get de-natured amino acids and zinc which thus so ignites muscle protein synthesis.

Now in the afternoon you should once again consume 250g of raw ruminant muscle meat (so, beef, bison, or lamb)

In additive, try to get 50-70g of pure raw beef suet or bone marrow, if you consume this you will preserve lean body fat without forcing the liver to burn muscle tissue for fuel which thus mean you will keep your size.

Next, in the evening, you should once again get 350g of raw ruminant muscle meat.

Now to finalize the day, get 15g to 20g of raw beef liver. *this will give you an abundance of bioavailable folate and b12 which is excellent*

Holy shit this is fantastic advice bro, thank you. Yeah i'm definitely eating too little but man it's hard to find high quality meat that doesn't cost a ton, 500 grams of meat is 20 bucks so 40 bucks a day ONLY on meat, thats gonna build up

I'm also trying to get my calories from raw butter and animal fat, some days when i sweat and its hot outside I like to eat a melon, a handful of fruits but only seasonally

I'll also try getting my hands on raw milk, I live in sweden and everything is illegal here lol

Hmm, well, buy the most cheapest, toughest cuts of ruminant meat available, so more specifically so, beef chuck, brisket, shanks, or coarse 80/20 as said because you are going to eat it aw you do not need to pay for premiumness or any sense of tenderness. In additive, pure animal fat is INCREDIBLY cheap *or free* if you build a relationship with a local butcher *build the relationship to get it free, or approach and buy it for cheap if you will*. For the fat I would recommend you asking for raw trim fat or suet.

Now, you can consume whatever you want but keep in mind that melons are highly glycemic and are packed with fructose, so, when you introduce that while fat adapted will thus cause you an IMMEDIATE conflict in cellular fuel selection, so the fructose will deplete your liver's ATP which would thus signal starvation to your brain and thus cause sudden water retention or subq face bloating.

You can also buy a share in a cow or a farm, and as the co-owner of the animal you are LEGALLY entitled to consume the raw milk and your own cow produces. *look up andelsjordbruk networks*

Thank you again man, yeah i've heard about the don't mix carbs with fats thing because then insuline rises therefore liver goes into fat storage mode etc etc, but I don't wanna go completely keto so there's that

I've actually found some farms but they're a bit far away, might have to buy in bulk once I drive there, would you say meat from a normal local 'butcher' store is high quality enough? I'm not talking about meat from a supermarket, but you know, a store specifically made for meat and organs etc
