How reversible is premolar extractions?

I had 4 premolar extractions + braces and now I have straight white teeth but my lip width definitely has gotten smaller and my lower lips protrudes more, and ofc narrow palate luckily it hasn’t gone farther than those negative side effects now my question is how reversible is the damage?

same , get a marpe whenever you can, then damon braces to expand lower arch and re-align teeth. Use facaks with marpe. After fully recovered look into surgeries if your still flawed
