like just start small bro ahhahah, people are planning out full looksmaxxing plans that require insane ammounts of money they dont have but wont even do shit lol start with a rhino or something, this just seems like a dellusional plan that probably wont happen lol
still, if i was you i think that the full surgery plan is too much and delusionally ambitious, but try to start with the most important stuff like bimax and then you slowly continue your journey, its probably risky but you have to start somewhere
