How risky are jaw angle implants for horizontal ramus expansion

Say u wanna stretch ur ramus horizontally so it looks straighter from the side and as a consequence adds a bit of width from the front (good bonus)

Does that risk uncanny results? Cus ur only affecting the x and z dimensions, without lowering y (going vertically down for height).

Surely this makes the implants safe right? I’m asking cus I have a normie wisdom tooth excuse to why I might appear bloated. But I can’t risk revising the surgery (ignore the case for infection, as it can happen for anything)

look like i wouldnt want it placed below the line. And it would be a small implant just do give it angularity, because my ramus kind of sinks in my neck at normal posture (not a lot, u can still faintly see the outline - but i just want it to show a little more and in general for the gonial angle to decrease a lil.

The mandibular plane looks kind of steep compared to the jaw angle. Based on this picture you might benefit from what you say. Difficult to say without real pictures, cause one has to take into account the soft tissue as well.
